For shipments made inside the state of Missouri, sales tax will be added to the cost of the merchandise.
We process orders within 2-3 business days. Shipping is through UPS (United Parcel Service). For shipping and packaging costs for artwork and necklaces, other shipping means, or insurance please contact us. |

Returns require a return authorization number, which must be requested within 7 days after receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be returned packed in original containers with original packing and shipped from the customer within 7 days of receipt of the return authorization number. Refunds will only be issued for merchandise returned in original condition (new, unused, undamaged).
The customer will be responsible for the total cost of shipping returned merchandise. The refunded amount (original merchandise cost only) will be credited to your credit card within 14 business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
